About Doug: Doug Brander, 70 something years old, graduated from The Browning School in New York City and went on to Boston University College of Engineering. He served in the United States Marine Corp from Sept 77 - Feb 84 as an aviation electrician/technician providing aircraft ground support for F4 Phantoms and FA-18 Hornets. From there he graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Electronic Technology - With Honors - in 1995. From 1984 to 1997 he worked in the Alarm and HVAC industry in a systems technician capacity, attaining his Journeyman and Master Electrician licenses, and in 1990 he began operating BA&E, Inc. Doug is a member of the Masons, Scottish Rite, The Shriners, American Legion, and The Society of Colonial Wars. He held his United States Coast Guard 100 Ton Master Captain's License for 10 years.
